Mother in Hot Water for Alleged Abduction

A shocking case has emerged from Innisfil, Ontario, where a mother is now wanted by authorities after allegedly taking her infant daughter to Russia and not returning as promised.

How It All Began

The trouble started back in March 2025 when the father of the child reported his partner’s failure to return. She had traveled to Russia under the guise of visiting family, leaving behind a life that included shared custody of their young daughter.

No Plans to Come Back?

Investigators quickly found that the mother, identified as Tegmina Konstanovna Agadzhanyan, 40, seemingly had no intentions of coming back to Canada. Despite the father's attempts to bring her home through legal channels, she ignored all efforts.

The Court Takes Action

Amid the investigation, the father successfully obtained a court order mandating the mother return with the infant. Alarmingly, she didn't show up for any of the court hearings nor did she comply with the order.

Charges Filed and Warrant Issued

As a result of her actions, Agadzhanyan now faces serious charges, including abduction in violation of a custody order, as well as disobeying a court order. Law enforcement has issued a warrant for her arrest, and the search is on.

The Stakes are High

This case has not only sparked frustration for the father but raises serious concerns about child safety across borders. Authorities are urging anyone with information on Agadzhanyan's whereabouts to come forward as the investigation continues.
