The assault occurred near the intersection of Marine Drive and Bewicke Avenue around 5:30 a.m., when a man crossed the street and delivered a brutal punch to the unsuspecting woman’s face.
Community Urged to Help Find Suspect
North Vancouver RCMP are actively seeking witnesses and are on the lookout for dash-cam footage to help them solve this disturbing case. Despite extensive patrols and a detailed CCTV canvass of the area, officers have been unable to locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as approximately five feet tall, with a slim build, and was wearing a gray hoodie and black jeans at the time of the attack. He is noted to have shoulder-length hair.
