A Shocking Turn of Events at Cultus Lake

In a heartbreaking incident at Cultus Lake, authorities have confirmed the death of a man suspected to be involved in a drowning.

Emergency Response Teams Spring into Action

Shortly after 12:30 p.m., the Chilliwack RCMP received distressing reports and quickly deployed officers to the scene. Sgt. Alexandra Mulvahill, the media relations officer, stated that they joined forces with BC Ambulance, the fire department, and search and rescue teams.

Life-Saving Efforts Unsuccessful

Upon arrival, emergency personnel discovered the male victim. Despite their best efforts to revive him, the man was sadly pronounced dead at the location.
