Recently, renowned player Frionel unveiled his preliminary tier list, categorizing all 17 fighters into five distinct tiers. It's the kind of insight that avid players can't afford to miss!

At the pinnacle of the list, Hotaru, Kain, and Billy reign supreme as the top contenders, with Frionel declaring them ''the strongest'' in the game.

Kain's dominance is particularly noteworthy. During the LVL UP Expo 2025, he was seen extensively dominating the battlefield, with six players featuring him in the top 16, and five advancing to the coveted top 8. Clearly, Kain is a force to be reckoned with!

In the tier just beneath the elite, characters like Hokutomaru, Terry, Rock, Cristiano, Gato, and Kevin are making waves, dubbed by Frionel as ''super strong.'' If you're playing as one of these fighters, you might just be in for a thrilling ride!

But not every character is faring well. Tizoc, in particular, has earned a harsh critique from Frionel, who described him as ''useless.'' It looks like Tizoc players will need to up their game if they want to see any success!
