A Loving Farewell

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel Michael Evenson on July 1, 2025, at the age of 76. His departure leaves a profound void in the lives of those who knew him.

A Devoted Family Man

Daniel, a cherished husband to Gloria (née Cerise) for over 51 years, was a pillar of strength and love in his family. He is survived by his beloved son Andrew and his wife Laura, along with the memories of his late daughter Tanya Cunha and her husband Rafael. His legacy continues through his adored grandchildren: Jason, Alex, Ryan, Emma, and Joseph.

A Fondly Remembered Brother

Daniel will be deeply missed by his siblings—Bernice, Alan (Patt), and Eric (Suzanne)—who hold dear the countless shared memories. He was predeceased by his loving parents, Theodore and Philomena Evenson, as well as his siblings: Theodore (Elaine), Michael (Zenithe), Walter (Chi Chi), and Kathleen (Bob).

In accordance with Daniel's wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private Funeral Liturgy will be held in his honor. For those who wish to celebrate his life and legacy, memorial contributions to the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation (Oncology Department) would be greatly appreciated.
