By May 1, Peel Regional Police assembled a dedicated team employing surveillance, community incident response, and tactical strategies. Their efforts bore fruit as they identified and apprehended three local men involved in the extortion—34-year-old Harpal Singh, 20-year-old Rajnoor Singh, and 22-year-old Eknoor Singh.
