Mark your calendars for an incredible opportunity to make a difference! The highly anticipated Walk & Roll With Us Awareness Walk is set to take place at the beautiful Sorting Gap Marina on June 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
A Walk for Everyone!
This amazing event, organized by the Fort Frances Stroke Alliance Group in partnership with the United Native Friendship Centre (UNFC) and their Lifelong Care program, invites everyone to participate—no matter your ability level! If you require walking aids, bring them along, and rest assured that transportation back from La Verendrye General Hospital will be available.
Celebrate Awareness with Free Food and Fun!
After the walk, enjoy a delicious FREE BBQ at the UNFC from 12 to 2 p.m. It's a fantastic chance to mingle, enjoy good food, and support a vital cause. Plus, you'll find water stations along the route to keep you hydrated!
