SEOUL, April 3, 2025 – Hyundai Motor Company has officially rolled out its latest IONIQ 6 and IONIQ 6 N Line models at the Seoul Mobility Show 2025, setting a revolutionary benchmark for electrified streamliners.

The revamped IONIQ 6 builds upon the award-winning legacy of its predecessor, unveiled in 2022. This facelift boasts more refined curves and improved proportions that contribute to a striking and aerodynamically sound silhouette.

“IONIQ 6 has evolved from a single Electified Streamliner into an impressive lineup, with each model showcasing its unique character while aligning harmoniously under our design philosophy,” stated Simon Loasby, Senior Vice President and Head of Hyundai Design Center. He emphasized that the new models reflect the evolved design concept of ‘Pure Flow, Refined,’ aiming to create a simpler yet more advanced vehicle.

Hyundai is enhancing the identity of electric streamliners with a design that connects effortlessly to the concept of 'Pure Flow, Refined.' The new model exhibits an elevated hood combined with a shark-nose shape, creating an aesthetic that appears to seamlessly cut through the air. A sleek black garnish wraps around the lower body and extends to the doors, accentuating the car's streamlined look. The traditional prominent spoiler has been replaced by a refined ducktail spoiler that provides aerodynamic benefits without compromising elegance.

The exterior of the new IONIQ 6 has received meticulous refinement, showcasing a modern and sophisticated front and rear design. Features include separate slim daytime running lights (DRLs) and main headlights, complemented by horizontal design elements that provide a stance that feels both wide and assertive. The rear bumper's modern chrome garnish serves to complete the elegant visual rhetoric established at the front of the vehicle.

Inside, the IONIQ 6 stays true to its ‘Mindful Cocoon’ concept, focusing on user comfort and intuitive interaction. Key upgrades include a redesigned steering wheel, premium door trim materials, and an enhanced center console, all aimed at delivering a more sophisticated driving experience. The climate control display has been enlarged, making it easier to operate.

Alongside the standard IONIQ 6, the sporty IONIQ 6 N Line variant takes cues from the RN22e Rolling Lab introduced in 2022. The N Line adds a bold, dynamic flair with front and rear wing-shaped bumpers enhanced with sculptural details, emphasizing the car's aggressive presence on the road.

A striking use of black at the rear draws from the RN22e's aesthetic to enhance the sporty proportions of the IONIQ 6 N Line. The futuristic two-dimensional Parametric Pixel lamp design further enhances its digital-looking appeal.

Both models are set to captivate audiences eager for stylish and sustainable driving options. With their launch, Hyundai is not just redefining electric vehicles; they are essentially reshaping how we interpret automotive design! Get ready, as this is only the beginning of a new era in electric mobility!
