According to the RCMP, the incident occurred in the 4100 block of Hillbank Road. Cpl. Alex Bérubé, speaking to CHEK News, confirmed the devastating news: "Unfortunately, the 12-year-old youth did not survive." The two teenagers in the car, one driving and one as a passenger, are both 17 years old and remained at the scene before being rushed to the hospital for minor injuries.
