The attack, which occurred on May 31 around 9 p.m., involved the suspect allegedly hurling anti-Black remarks before spitting directly in the driver's face.

Described as a suspect standing at about five-foot-10 and weighing around 160 pounds, he features distinctive black, curly hair, brown eyes, and a full beard. At the time of the incident, witnesses noted he was dressed in a black jacket, a dark green shirt, grey sweatpants, and white shoes.
