Mark your calendars for June 14, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM! The Chinese Cultural Centre is hosting the exciting Move for Liver event, a vibrant community-driven gathering that champions liver health awareness and supports Liver Canada’s vital research and education initiatives.

Meet the Inspiring LIVERight Heroes!

At the heart of this event are the incredible LIVERight Heroes, a passionate and dynamic youth volunteer team founded in Vancouver. Celebrating nearly a decade of impactful service, this group has expanded to over 100 enthusiastic members, working tirelessly on advocacy, education, and fundraising efforts throughout the Lower Mainland.

Notably, the team's founder Julian earned the esteemed King Charles Award at just 13 years old, likely making him Canada’s youngest recipient of this honor. His achievement highlights not only his individual commitment but also the collective spirit and dedication of the LIVERight Heroes as they strive to make a difference.

Exciting Activities Await!

Get ready for a day packed with fun and fitness! The LIVERight Heroes will be actively engaged in various activity stations, offering a mix of health screenings, fun booths, and lively interactions with attendees. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store:

- **Tai Chi** – Wujitang - **Yoga** – Ann You Body Lab - **HIIT Circuit Training** – Kalev Fitness - **Boxing** – Rumble Boxing - **Basketball & Soccer Stations** – Empower - **Free Health Screenings** – Provided by London Drugs (focus on Hepatitis C & Diabetes) - **Educational Booths** – "Myth vs. Fact" presented by Dr. Rosetti Lin and Dr. Jackson Wong, along with patient sharing sessions.

Don’t miss out on the EOMA Design & Jewelry booth, where 15% of proceeds will be donated to Liver Canada. Plus, unwind at the end of the day with a community walk in the beautiful Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Garden!
