NL Health Services has just sealed the deal on two monumental contracts—spanning two whole decades—for new family care clinics in Newfoundland! This investment is set to revolutionize healthcare access in the community.

Big Dollars, Bigger Impact!

The first contract is for an impressive 22,000 square feet of prime office space located on Hardy’s Arterial Road in Port aux Basques. This lease, valued at a staggering $1.4 million annually, will secure the location for the next 20 years!

But that’s not all! A second contract has been awarded to GDR Enterprises for over 21,000 square feet in Grand Falls-Windsor. This facility, known as the Exploits Family Care Team, comes with an annual lease of $1.3 million, ensuring that residents have top-notch healthcare facilities for decades to come.
