Just moments later, North York General Hospital announced the arrival of baby Harper, born to Chris and Machaela O’Heir. Weighing in at seven pounds and 14 ounces, baby Harper will have the company of an older brother, Oliver, who was also born at NYGH, creating a lovely sibling bond right from the start.
