A terrifying incident unfolded last week on Highway 401 in Milton when a 21-year-old Toronto driver, under investigation for dangerous driving, went the wrong way, narrowly escaping a horrific head-on collision.

Dashcam footage captured the shocking moment as the driver raced eastbound in the westbound lanes of the highway near James Snow Parkway just before 6 p.m. on September 7.
