For the Ralph family, this weekend's storm proved to be the most catastrophic in their 32 years of living in their home. "We’ve survived Hurricane Igor and other storms, but nothing compares to the damage we’ve seen this time," Colleen Ralph stated, expressing disbelief at the powerful forces at play.

The storm's impact was significant. Rick estimated that around five meters of land in front of their property had eroded.
