Unbelievable Crime Spree in Brampton!
In a shocking turn of events, a 55-year-old man and his 32-year-old son have been slapped with a staggering 116 charges related to a series of thefts from the LCBO in Brampton. This duo, identified as Daniel and Dylan Stuckey, allegedly ran an elaborate crime operation in the area.
Operation Project Bloodline Unveiled.
The Peel police, in conjunction with the LCBO Organized Crime Investigative Unit, initiated an investigation named Project Bloodline back in May. The focus was on these two men who were reportedly targeting unsuspecting individuals and businesses along Steeles Avenue.
Charges Galore for Father and Son!
Following meticulous investigation, authorities apprehended the Stuckeys earlier this week. Daniel faces 22 charges, which include 11 counts of theft under $5,000 and seven counts of breaching probation. Meanwhile, his father has been hit with an astonishing 94 charges—including 48 counts of theft and 10 counts of wearing a disguise with intent to commit a crime.
A Criminal History to Match!
Adding to the drama, police revealed that Dylan was already wanted on four warrants in Halton and Niagara regions at the time of their arrest. It appears that these two were no strangers to the law, already grappling with multiple previous offenses and probation orders.
Police Take a Stand Against Crime!
Peel police Deputy Chief Marc Andrews emphasized their commitment to community safety, stating, "Our goal with Community Safety and Wellbeing has always been to eliminate crime before it harms our communities. With Project Bloodline, we have done exactly that." The investigation continues, and authorities urge anyone with information to come forward.
